Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the Eyeball for a refund or exchange on the purchase price, less the original shipping fees. A return request must be placed within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in new condition. Items that have visible wear are not considered to be in new condition and will be returned to the customer at their cost. For hygienic reasons, individual pop filter purchases are final sale and non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please return your items within 7 business days; items returned outside of this time frame will not be eligible for refund.Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for your credit to be applied.
